burnt over 600 calories under 30 mins :)
i have decided i need to either grow 3 inchs or buy heels that do so. as a new year is coming - 2010, i want this to be one to achieve something big..well it is to me. so my aim is to grow. a lot. and to achieve this i have made a plan of what i will be starting from this day forward:
1) Bed 11pm at latest. - unless unfinished essays. other homework is left until the morn. priorities first.. :p
2) Eat my greens even if they are nasty.
3) No more late night snacking.
4) No more slouching. it can bring your height down by about 2-3 inchs.
5) No ipod-touching and late night phone calls past midnight.
6) Stretch on.
I will actually be SO happy with myself, if i can at least succeed in this plan for longer than a month.. hopefully forever. but who knows? may even hang this on my wall, so i won't forget!
Also over the past year, i've noticed that my weight seems to stay the same on the scales but gaining inchs on my waist slowly as the year has gone on. so in a desperate plee to be 'average', i am stopping myself from bingeing on junk food between meals - despite the fact that i have a shop in the next room that caters to my every need! I am only going to snack if i am actually hungry - which i am all the time, but i will only eat if i am actually going to starve if i don't.
Because i've been snacking on too many chocolate bars lately (thanks to eilis, tempting me all the time), once i get hooked on something i can't stop myself (this goes back to my addiction post). So from now on i am counting the calories for each chocolate bar i eat, once i get home i will have to burn out all those calories on my exercise bike/treadmill. This will stop me from being tempted to snacking again.
Today, after a lot of heavy sweating and panting, i lost an entire chocolate bar out of my system. I ate a wispa gold chocolate bar which was 260 calories, so out of curiousity i googled the daily intake for calories:
i was so mad at myself, because in the end i ate two wispa golds which meant i swallowed 520 calories in one go..and that was just a snack! I decided to go on the treadmill and try lose those calories i just gained. After, i felt numb, dizzy, weak and nautious - but it was SO worth it! i lost that 260 calories wooo.. i actually exercised! achievement.. i think it is at least, you guys probably can do better but i'm hopeless at exercise so im proud! I just can't believe it was that much effort just for eating two measly chocolate bars. well that's definately taught me a lesson for not thinking about what i'm actually eating.
now im gunna go to burn off the second chocolate bar too, as my punishment.

Omegle
Lately I've been going on this site called omegle, it's funniest thing ever.. you basically speak to random people online (yeaaah thats what my life has been reduced to, lol jkkkk i just get bored), anyways.. they would come up as:

thats just an example. the people on the site are either just messing with you, or actually pretty chill kinda people. (its nothing like chatroulette and all that .. uh yeah ;D). earlier i met this really awesome dude on it (he comes up as 'stranger' on the site so we'd never know who each other was, so its completely safe AND anonymous.. unless you tell them your identity. so i AM safe on the net. reaaaal safe muahahahaa) so basically i had some long chat with this guy on it.
he sent me these photos of him in a burger competition at some diner. the burger loooks like the photos below. it's like a king-sized burger (they call it a whopper burger over there), they have to eat it under a strict time limit. and hardly anyone ever finishes the whole thing, coz they would just puke up or summat. you need to have a bigggg appetite to finish the thing whole.. crazzy. but he did it, and got his name and picture printed onto this gold plate - it got put up on the 'wall of fame'.. and he got a certificate (hahaha proves his life achievement!) LOL.
but whaat i can't believe is that someone could actually eat one of those.. i would literally throw up after the first few bites. seriously. but it is something i wannna try when i'm older hopefully.. in texas maybe? that would be cool.

Addictions
Lately i've been reading and commenting on other peoples' blogs: (tasnias, eses, beths, etc) and now its made me want to blog all over :/ but i'd rather stick with my social networking sites, especially my amazing faceboook and TWITTER (♥), im actually in love with them.. not to sound obsessive or anything. well would that be good or bad? I have 'tried' to consider giving them up for lent, but yeaaah right.. it's me we're talking about - the 'apparent' computer nerd B). what actually would be the point in trying when i know i would just FAIL .... omg and talking of fail, you should go visit: http://failblog.org/ some of the stuff posted on it is actually hilarious, alotta epic fails. (or what tasnia would call - unsucessful! ..checked it yet? well do it now!
Anyways I remember the old days before the past three years (which were pretty awesome, coz i met some immense people during them years :D).. yeah so i was well addicted to some game called maplestory. I just couldn't help it, there was actually no way of me stopping myself from playing it.. it was just SO good! (and i worked my way to some pretty high levels) yeah so.. who couldn't resist killing petty snails, slimeballs and zombie monkeys? definately not me. In fact, neither ese or tasnia could help themselves either. so i wasn't alone in this obsession i had.but luckily, tasnia was there to get me unhooked off maplestory. (most addictive and amazing game ever - nothing can compare to it) ..somehow she got through to me ..took her mmm two years i guess? (i've known her for three) so that took a while. usually, we'd run straight home after school and be real computer geeks.. maplestorying past our bedtime = total rebels. obviously.. and until early in the morn. But I guess i should thank her, because it got so ADDICTIVE. it was really hard to explain unless you've played it, but i warn you NOT to. you really will regret it.. i was gunna say that it was the best days of my life but - .. thats just sad :/ but once your in, you're in. there's no way of getting out unless you have tasnia!

nia, do you still have photos from us lot + william My addiction could be compared to.. let's see.. mmm. lindsay lohan? the former drugstar.. coming out of rehab. then changing her life for the better - sorta. well better than it could have been: e.g:
1) she's not front page news no more. her boozing antics have stopped, no more bad photos leaked to the press. - and no more public breakdowns and at least she didn't do a britney.
2) her affair with jessica alba's husband wasn't on the low.. she could have done a lot worse, you see, she could not have gone public - which would have broke their marriage into pieces (secretly) coz jessica alba would never have known beforehand.. but it's too late, she did. she's learning from her mistakes, as it was 'just' a so-called fling as they say.
4) came out of the closet to the public.. she was curious and went out with samantha ronson. bad relationship. she ended it. clevah.
and now finally.. she's got her life back on track.
see these examples are perfect way of comparing what her life could have been like (but it didn't so hoorah!) to what my addiction could have turned into. thank gosh that tasnia saved me in time - my superman dundundun... kaay fine. but it was a good enough example to state my point... just maybe not to the extreme!
Also louise has made me obsessed with listening to capital radio every waking minute of the day, like i am doing so right now. So my SOTM is changing to SOTR = song on the radio :) geddit?

btw it's very annoying when you're on msn or facebook chat, and you see the other person typing for ages then suddenly the: <"-" is typing> dissapears and you know that they didn't write it in the end. but what really annoys me is that i wanna know what they were hesitant in writing.. something embarassing? bad? TELL ME. goddammit.

is he HOT or what? he's the main guy off Angus, Thongs, and Perfect Snogging. What was with Tom - his on-screen brother? he was no way near as hot at robbie. anddd the blonde best friend totally deserved him more than Georgia. omg and his on-screen band.. i loved them. if only they were an actual band, cos' then they'd totes be playing on my ipod right now. goshhhhh, look at his smile! <3>
2) Jonas Brothers
Jonas bros steals second place. well actually, mainly nick jonas. this space was kinda reserved for him, but what kind of fan would i be if i kicked the other jonas' out too. and i guess joe isn't half bad looking. Also i included bonus Jonas, cos' you gotta love him - cute little kiddo! aw those chubby cheeks! P.S. i think NICK JONAS and SELENA GOMEZ make the perfect couple, they're stunningness combined is just pure epicness.

Cam Gigandet
Lately people have been saying about how 'FIT' 'BUFF' 'SEXY' robert patterson is on twilight, but i think that the person who plays James (cam giganget) needs credit for his acting and good looks.
Much better than Robert. Way better. He looked so good in the film (the film was bad compared to the book). Cam is amazingg! :D he'd make a much better edward cullen though!!

well, recently I've been looking at these lists of the 'top 50 hottest men of 2008'.. and i seriously cannot believe this. how on earth did ZAC EFRON, yes.. i repeat.. ZAC FRIGGIN EFFRON bag a spot as 9th place! this is just crazy. they say this is the public vote.. pssssssht totally fixed i say. ok maybe i understand how David Beckham kinda sneaked his way in, but seriously .. are you kidding me? ZAC EFRON!
Anyhow I've decided that as this is my first post, i might as well make my own list of the 'top 10 hottest men of 2008' (the right version, i'm SO sure you'll agree):
So I guess to start with:
10) Gok Wan.
Why does he have to be gay? I've seen all his shows.. he'd make a 'fabulous' (as he says) best mate. I don't have a crush on him, but he is a looker :) but gay guys are so much more fun than the 'straight-ees', i'd love to have alan carr as a BFF as well.. well the both of them are just pure amazingnesssss.
His teeth are so white, i guess he had them whitened.. they're almost as white as Simon Cowells' *shiver* anything that reminds me of him is eughhhh. but i do still love gok!

AKA lonely boy. I don't know what it is about him but he is just PHWWWWWWOAR. don't you think? shame he is off limits right now.. cos' he just had to go and date his co-star: Blake Lively *sniff* but i do love her (gossip girl ftwwww). but.. to hell with the 'plenty more fish in the sea' I WANNNNT THIS GUY. now! please? or just someone like Dan off gossip girl, that would be good too.. (;
8) Chad Michael Murray
Oh youuuu, the guy off Cinderella story - ..be my Prince Charming eh? apparently he's a model... well its kinda obvious why. just one look at him, and woooow. he is a total hottie (with or without his hair, it got shaved).
7) Taylor Lautner
Don't even think about questioning this one, it has to be said .. he was absolutely ADORABLE in cheaper by the dozen 2. I saw the movie the other day (he must have been 10ish when they filmed it, so cute!.. wow i'm saying that and look at me :D) that was when i realized he was the one who played Jacob Black! have you seen twilight?! (well him without the wig ofccccc..was just mmm<3)> cheaper by the dozen is actual jokes!
6) Elijah Wood
I think he played Frodo in Lord of the Rings (yes i watched that..), ok he didn't look so good back then.. but now.. WOW. He only made it on this list because I saw him on the Saturday Night Project.. yesterday. He is the funniest guy ever, omg then straight after the interview ..I watched Oxford Murders (pretty boring and pointless film, but i guess he made it worthwhile even though the film was terrible.. just him being in it .. i'm cool with that hahaa). Yeah so right now, he definate;y deserves a space in my top 10.
5) Nick D'agosto
Well, you have probably no idea who this guy is. But if you watch heroes, you might. He was West, the guy who Claire went out with. haha it was so romantic when they were together. I know he's not very famous but he's uberly good looking! Oh and I just love this photo, it's so funny:

Everyone will agree with this, I guess even TASNIA would too! The HOT gossip girl dude, no one can deny that hes got the looks! :) and is a great actor too, which is just a bonus. he does look a little like zac efron, not that I like him though.
